Free Ride For Shop Thieves

THIEVES broke into a store and stole cash and two company cars yesterday.

Police believe the front door of the Centre Care shop, on Tighes Terrace, Tighes Hill, was forced about 1.30am.

The thieves ransacked the office, throwing around equipment and furniture, before raiding the register.

A small amount of cash was taken along with the keys to the two company cars parked behind the building.

Police are looking for the stolen 2004 grey Holden Commodores.

One has the number plate AC 27 EJ and the other has the plate AA 15 HX.
