Its name might be uninspiring, but the flavours certainly aren't. Lamb minced with onion, tomato and a zingy homemade spice mix spread over a light pastry base and warmed to order in a pizza oven within minutes. It's made dozens of appearances at our place for weekend brunches, lunches and can't-be-bothered dinners, and the quality never falters. Opt for the last-minute addition of punchy chilli powder and lemon juice for a tastebud workout.
